Are all your products really 100% natural?
Yes — every ingredient comes straight from nature. We don’t use synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, preservatives, or fillers. Just pure botanicals, clays, essential oils, and nourishing plant butters.
Do your products contain any nut oils?
No – We’ve intentionally kept our formulas completely nut-free so they’re safe for sensitive skin and for families to share. It’s skincare that’s gentle enough for everyone.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Always. We never test on animals, and all our ingredients are plant-based.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes. Our products were created to calm, hydrate, and restore dry or irritated skin. Many of our customers with eczema or psoriasis find our formulas soothing — but if your skin is especially sensitive, we always recommend patch-testing first.
Why are the body butters thick?
Because they’re made the natural way — 100% oil-based and never watered down. This means that the concentrated butter melts into your skin and keeps it soft for hours.
How do you get the soap to be naturally coloured?
Our colours come straight from nature. We use ingredients like turmeric and pink clay to give each product its unique hue — no dyes or artificial pigments.

How long do the soaps last?
Each bar lasts around 3–4 weeks with daily use. To help it last longer, keep it on a well-drained soap dish between uses — our bamboo dishes are designed for exactly that.
Can children use your products?
Yes — our soaps and butters are gentle enough for little ones too. As with any natural product, we recommend patch-testing first, especially for babies or toddlers.
How long do your products last?
Most products stay fresh for 12–18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we skip synthetic preservatives, a little care helps them stay their best.
What happens to my order in hot weather?
Our butters are completely free from stabilisers, which means they can soften or melt in high heat. If that happens, just pop them in the fridge for a few minutes — they’ll firm back up and be good as new.
